» How
do I know that your training works?
Louws offers an unprecedented full tuition refund for any
training that you do not feel meets the expectations set.
These expectations are decided upon prior to the training
and used as measurement of the training's success.
You could also invite Louws to conduct
an "Introductory
Seminar" for your company which will introduce
you to the training as a means for you to evaluate whether
or not the training we offer would meet your needs.
We also invite you to take a group who has been previously
trained by another party in any of the subjects that Louws
offers, where you do not believe a major observable difference
was seen following the training and have us conduct a pilot
program for up to 50% of our normal rates and see the difference
for yourselves.
» What
is the average length of a workshop?
Between 2 - 3 days.
Often there also will be preparatory work
that will be needed to analyze a specific company's situation
that is being addressed by the training.
This work can be as little as a 1/2 day
or as much as 3 days.

» What
is the average number of students per workshop?
Between 6 - 8 students.
There are workshops such as the Discovery
SalesSM, Finding Your Brands VoiceSM,
Media Training and the like that can accommodate up to 12
students at a time.
The Public Seminars we deliver can hold
up to 60+ people at one sitting.

» How much
do you charge for training and or consulting?
We have a number of different rates and for confidential and
competitive reasons we do not publish these rates.
Rates fall into eight distinct
categories:
- Introductory Seminars
- Preparatory and exploratory analysis
- On site Training per diems
- Off site Remote Training and Consulting
- On site Consulting
- Search Consulting
- Program & Curriculum development
- E-Learning development, content provision,
monitoring and post e-learning coaching.
There are volume discounts that are offered
to all existing clients based on the volume of training and
consulting services ordered. These discounts are, as a courtesy,
offered to all member companies of any one of Louws clients
independent of affiliation or global location.
There are also bi-annual and annual contracts
available for all consulting services. These must be contracted
early in the year as Louws limits these contracts to a select
few clients to ensure that all trainers and consultants can
accommodate the level of service required by these arrangements.

» When
is the best time to schedule a workshop or consultation?
There are two answers to this question.
One: When you know that
a situation exists that needs immediate attention. Often
we can accommodate these emergencies especially for existing
clients of Louws Management.
Two: At least 3 - 6 months
in advance of the dates you want the training to be conducted.
