Gini joined Louws Management in the summer of 1985, 6 months
after Toni Louw started Louws Management, leaving a lucrative
position as the right hand person to the Chairman of Nordeman
Grimm one of New York's most prestigious Search Firms.
At Louws she single handedly runs a company that has had
over 15 employees while ensuring both customer service and
financial viability. In other words be nice to Gini or don't
get paid.
Before that she served, for 10 years, as a Board Member of
Danker Laboratories, the first developer of semi-soft contact
lenses, a major breakthrough in the comfort and convenience
for contact lens wearers around the world.
In 1978 she started her career in the legal field specializing
in real estate closings in Daytona Beach Florida. In 1999
she finally obtained her real estate license in the same
state.
She is the mother of a high honor roll student daughter with
a keen interest in tennis, anything outdoors and being a
volunteer to a rehabilitation program for those incarcerated
called Criminon.
