Through the expertise of Lou DiGiusto, fifteen training programs on Professional Customer Delight Skills in the tourism business received recognition by the Organization of American States as the benchmark and definitive standard. 15 years later, this training is mandated by the government for all hospitality employees. To date, over 10,000 employees have graduated.
